I like John as much as the next Republican. But some facebook participants are going a little far on this one.
As I try to play with the campaign aspects of the on-line social network of facebook myself, I note that there's actually a facebook group called "I would SO move to South Dakota for Senator Thune."
Is it just me, or does that border on being stalker-ish?

Gosh, I wish he'd get to work on something that can help South Dakota.
Pathetic.
I know, you don't see how that helps SD. If it doesn't concern how much pork he's bringing home for you, he's just an empty suit.
Conveying the sense of the Senate to the leaders in Iraq? I'm sure that is right at the top of their agenda.
Thune is traveling to Iraq, pumping up the President and his buddy McCain is calling for more troops. This helps South Dakota?
How many more radical Muslims do you suppose there are now who are willing to strap on a bomb and kills hundreds of Americans? That number has increased dramatically since we invaded Iraq.
I'm sick of all these pretend patriots who hide under the American Flag.
If John Thune wants to help our troops he'd join the growing chorus of people from both parties who are calling for them to be brought home.
Our soldiers removed Saddam from power and I am grateful for that....as far as playing policeman in the Middle East, we have a better place to use our muscle.
You're right!!!
So is Bob Newland.
(How many men voted for Herseth because they thought she was good looking?) Honestly...
and yes the proper term for male stalker is creeper. example...
" Ew did you see that guy look at me?? Yep, he's a creeper."
