Harsh! I hadn't heard this one yet on JAIL

In his column today, Dave Kranz notes the harshest criticism of the J.A.I.L. backers to date:
State Sen. Lee Schoenbeck, R-Watertown, called the proponents a "posse comitatus nut group" during a speech in the Senate State Affairs Committee.
Although, I think Planters recently took the posse comitatus nuts out of the recipe for the mixed nut tin.

Lee has never had a problem going for low-brow personal attacks. The J.A.I.L. amendment has enough problems. He didn’t have to hit below the belt. He just can’t help himself.

Lee is close enough on this one. Not a hit below the belt, spot on.

It is good news that Lee will no longer be a representative of District 5. We are ashamed of him. These unecessary and disgusting comments and behavior is not what South Dakota voters need or want. Why is Schoenbeck spending time and taxpayers dollars on the merits of amendment E? The Attorney General will explain it to the voters on the ballot. Therefore we don't need Schoenbeck's advice or his influence telling us what is best for us. Shame on Lee, there is no dignity using insults to belittle, this is a disgrace. Lee is starting to look like some sort of a nut himself.

How much of Branson's plans have you read about? Have you read what Branson plans to do if the amendment passes?

He and his JAILers from all over the nation are going to "purposely drive to South Dakota...just for the privilege of getting a traffic ticket so you can demand a jury trial. I anticipate traffic courts to be among the first courts to all but totally close..."

Read it here:

This is not about judicial accountability. This is about Branson's conspiracy theories and his plans to shut down the South Dakota courts with his little JAILers from all over the country coming here to SUE OUR JUDGES.
